yes this is absolutely true! Similarly we have to nourish our kundalini which is lying innate in dormant condition which has to be awakened by self-realization. and once we embrace Sahaj Yoga, it sprouts like the grass as the seeds lying dormant in the dry soil receive little amount of rain even, and it has to be well nourished by regular meditation and foot soaking so that it grows and transforms into a lovely tree of spirituality in the Kingdom of the Divine.
