		<description>I am always weary of these kind of studies.. they tell you half truths and dont always give you the big picture.. I could point out similar studies that say the opposit but that doesnt tell the full story either, of those people surveyed eating red meat and those who dont, who was exercising?, who had fruit and veg? who was consuming transfats and excess starches? did those people have family histories of cardiovascular disease?.. was it lean red meats or fatty red meats?  There are some studies suggesting that it is the fat in red meats that should be avoided and the actual red meat can help avoid sudden cardiac death .. these studies only tell us half truths and as such should not be taken as verbatim truth

we need theories and studies at the microbial level to show WHY this could occur, not surveys telling us if buts and maybes with a thousnd other variables that have not been considered and overlooked</description>
