As I work in Al-Baraka Farms in Jordan, in the growing, packing and exporting of fresh and dried dates, I&#039;m always interested in articles talking about such. I would just like to clarify that there are actually Jordanian dates from Jordan (and not from Iraq, as for the past several years, Iraqi dates are not allowed to enter Jordan). Jordan currently has more than 250,000 date palm trees, mainly planted in the Jordan Valley, and we are currently exporting our produce throughout the Gulf, as well as in Europe, Canada and the USA, to name a few countries. Jordan is especially known for its Barhi and Medjoul dates.
