I hoped to do some but this guy here has many awesome photos. I can’t embed them as he isn’t sharing though.

This is what the dinner looked like
Here’s the view from the outside of the shop
And here’s the menu, which we didn’t use. We ordered simply, kebobs chicken and beef, hummous and salad plus Diet Pepsi.
The bread was very tasty.

The souk is busy at night, particularly during weekends and Ramadan.
Click here for a few more photos of the souk. I think it deems a few more photo trips. They are not used to cameras there.

We went to the ice rink dropping our daughter off for skating with her friends and then went to the Heritage Souk for dinner at a small and inexpensive Arab restaurant. Lots of simple kebobs, bread and salad for a total of 3 KD only (about $12). I was allowed to take my camera along with tripod for the journe. We did some sightseeing in the souk and had a bit of a walk to parking as it was very busy being Friday night. I saw this image of a mosque minaret and Liberation Tower on the way back to the parking lot.
I am thinking of doing some of this using my diving lights. They are LED with good beams. If the small one works, I’ll travel with it

And in Israel they are teaching the blind to take photographs.
Some great photos, ideas for travels?
