We finally went to the highly rated Tanureen.
Well it is the opposite of the restaurant on mars. That is the atmosphere is great but the food isn’t so good. Or you can say the restaurant on mars has no atmosphere but great food 😉
The mixed grill meats were good, but the rest of the food was so so. The soups were OK, but the grilled hammour was dry and boring. There is much better Lebanese elsewhere.
Make sure to go and early if you don’t want to get smoked out by the clouds of smoke from the shisha smokers.
There was an article in the local Kuwait glossy free magazine that is in the Starbucks and other fine establishments. It had a commentary by a dietician on what is the good and the bad ways to eat. You an certainly see the processed food taking over the world, unfortunatly.
